Boy howdy! We finally get a glimpse of this mysterious shadowy figure Oligarch has been talking to!
First seen HERE, then HERE, and a few times before HERE.
I’m really excited for where the story is going. God, can I get back to 2 pages per week yet?? We have a HECK of a buffer, but I don’t want what happened last time to ever happen again.
I hope we make it far enough in this comic that you guys get to see who Mister E is. That’ll be a long, long, long, long.... long.... time. XD
For some reason, I do feel reminded of M. Bison (from Street Fighter for those who aren't as ancient as I am :P) by that silhouette.
And I kinda figured there was another mask bearer...I mean, anyone can wear a mask after all.
What you do while wearing it however...that makes the difference between a vigilante and a villain.
A hero on the other hand has no problems showing his face in public...mostly because he's too dumb to realize that this puts all those he ever cared about in immediate danger of facing retaliation in his stead.
And yeah well, Mister E. like 'Evil', huh?
The offscreen speaker (presumable Cherry) is right: That is pretty dumb.
But it works. :)
Bah, now since I got to thinking about Street Fighter, my mind started jumping to the (suggested) relationship between Ryu (the 'protagonist' of the series) and Akuma, who got overwhelmed by his hunger for power and basically sold his soul to the darkness to obtain what he considered 'ultimate power'.
On that note, Hero grew up at his grandfather, didn't he?
1. Galgarion joins the party.
2. Galgarion Redemption Arc.
3. Galgarion woos Cherry successfully as a good guy.
4. Ian J.'s canonical ending refuted! Team GalCherrion forever.
called it...I don't think Galgarion will join the party, but I can see him being a valuable ally from here, perhaps unlocking something in the other half of his partially collapsed fortress?
