eh... i feel like if you were going to make the "times are though' guy say anything other than that, then he should have gone into a bit more detail. like, "well, my dog got ran over, my wife left me for a better looking man, a bird shit on my face this morning, i caught dysentery from the water, the wheel fell off of my wagon, my four kids need new clothes, and i spend so much money at this tavern that my farm is now in crippling debt. i mean i don't know about you but that sounds like pretty a tough time to me.
