No more Plum pages. We're tired of Plum. We're PLUM TUCKERED! Ha ha. Wait, have I made that a page title yet? There's no way I haven't made that a page title. If not, I WILL! And if so, I'll do it again! And call it Plum Tuckered 2. The Revenge. This Time... It's Elfsonal. Get it? Like Personal, but Elfsonal? Because she's an elf. Look, stew on it. It's funny, I promise. In a.... Adult Swim kind of way. Like the bad Adult Swim shows, not the good ones. Good ones being like, Squidbillies or Aqua Teen Hunger Force, or Mission Hill. Not shows like "Saul of the Mole Men". Or Tim & Eric. Those were the bad ones. OH!!! Venture Bros. I loved that show. I haven't caught up since......... Season.. 4? idk they're still making them. Slowly.
What were we talking about?
I think I'm going to watch Venture Bros again. Did you know Ian worked on that??? God, he's really shaped our lives a lot, hasn't he?
I also keep trying to watch Aqua Teen Hunger Force all the way through but there's a lot and I just fall off. But god it's still so good and so funny. Ian did NOT work on that one. But I think they're still making episodes??? I'm pretty sure I got an ad for a movie or something recently. Not the one in theaters, but like, some other one. Idk. I'll watch it eventually.
I'm glad we had this conversation. I really started with absolutely nothing to say, but we got here! Gosh, we talked about Adult Swim, and bad shows, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Venture Bros... Wow, it really was a journey, huh? Sad it's ending. But I'll be back next week. Right here to tickle you. Oh! Sorry, not tickle you. Tickle your funny bone, ha ha..... Unless?

I like to think this was a cunning, calculated plan on Galgarion's part. If he'd done this right away, it wouldn't have been as appreciated. ;)
Oh, as for title pages involve attractive elf types, have you watched Reincarnated As A Slime ? I don't think anyone would complain about a series of adventures named E.I.L.F. Even if the title was totally misleading. XD
Galgarion loves to do things in style, and be a dick.
I did watch (some of!) Reincarnated as a Slime. I'll be honest -- I found it crazy boring and couldn't continue it. Unfortunate, because I wanted to like it. Oh well!
...did you get to E.I.L.F.? That isn't someone's name, but a designation from Rimeru.
I think she was introduced in Episode 4,
Feel free to ignore what I'm about so say:
There are some series that take a bit to really get going. Slime is one of those. It really needed the first three episodes to be one big episode. Oh, and fanservice warning. Which doesn't start happening until Episode 3 IIRC. After that, it becomes a pretty regular thing. Also isekai tropes warning. It'll throw a few surprises your way, but a lot of it is predictable.
I don't remember how far I got in Slime, but I do remember thinking the first episode was the most boring episode of anything ever. I was watching a LOT of Isekai around that time so I can't quite remember what went with what. I think he was leading a pack of... Wolf creatures? Maybe? Or possibly fighting them. I doubt I got much farther than 6 episodes. Gimme a sec.

Back! Okay I read synopses up to episode 12 and.. it all seemed kind of familiar. I think I may have only made it to episode 6 at the highest. I definitely made it to episode 3.
I know a lottttt of people that enjoyed this one but it wasn't for me. I found it insufferable 😩
I don't think I did! If I did I missed it forgot. I have failed you, Otaku-kun
No big. I've realized I am insanely hard to please when it comes to media. I never thought I was, but I have such a hard time finding things I enjoy now.
I can't hardcore prove it one way or another from previous strips... but I choose to believe that Galarion is blasting them in the direction they just came from.
It's always interesting to be reminded that Galgarion is at the very least powerful if not also competent but just cannot resist being as much of a dick as possible in any given situation.
Reminds me of Dominic Deegan.
Side character speaks Orc really comedically poorly which results in mistranslated and shenanigans. Orc #1 hates him, Orc #2 wonders if its a parody, Orc #3 is annoyed, etc etc.
And then a the end of the saga he decides to quote the great ancient orc prophet, who if disrespected may result in death, but he recites it perfectly.
Side character: Yea, I can speak Orc perfectly. I just thought it was funny.
Orc #2: I F&CKING KNEW IT! AHHHH!
Side Character. I am a bard after all.

All I really cared about was if you got to the E.I.L.F. joke. Unsurprisingly, my immature self found that hilarious. XD
(It has taken many, many years... decades even... to realize people can not like or even hate what I like or even love XP)

Detestia uses cry. Its not very effective.
