Ooooh, I just found out about this from tumblr. I loved this comic when I was in university; and I'm thrilled to see that someone's going to give it a conclusion :D

Yep! General Kato, first introduced in Hero's flashback (and recently seen in South City), along with Secretary Brad Renforo! :)
