I'm on board for this. And we have a perfect justification for pausing here.
"Oh no! That hit harder than I was ready for. When did I last save? Before the Galgarion fight?!? That's too far back! Don't take Reka away again! I just got her back. Gotta look up a strategy guide."
Five minutes later, "There was a weapon I could have picked up? PERMANENTLY MISSABLE!!!"
